Design Standards

• Choose from 17 burglar bar designs & 10 door screen designs in the catalogue. You can also send us an image of a design you would like us to quote for you.
• Smooth finish, every joint is smoothed off with electric grinders ensuring a smooth finish
• No smudges or black marks. When screens are welded onto your walls, black smudges develop from the heat. Most installers leave them there for you to deal with by painting them yourself or hiring a painter. We don’t. We repaint and clean every corner and smudged spot leaving them in their original state.
• Choose ANY colour for the final paint.

Security Standards

Window & Door screens should help you sleep easier at night knowing burglars and other unwanted people can’t gain access into your home. But not all screens do. You’ve probably experienced or heard of stories where burglar bars cut through burglar bars. We make sure that isn’t possible with every screen we install.

• Spacing – In general we don’t recommend spacing which is more than 12cm in-between bars.
• Gauge/ thickness – If you don’t need an electric grinder to cut the steel we do not use it for screens or burglar bars.
• A steel plate covers every door lock. This is so that there isn’t enough space for a burglar to forcibly break the door lock or padlock

Durability Standards

We offer a 10 year warranty on fixed screens and a 5 year warranty on hinged or moved screens. But, we fabricate each screen with the intention of it lasting a lifetime.

• Anti-rust protection. We apply red oxide primer before painting to prevent rust
• We apply the top coat of paint twice to ensure a smooth glossy look. This also maximises the lifetime and durability of the paint

• You can request that one of our welders come to your property to take measurements or assess for a custom quote (site visits are FREE within Harare)
• There are multiple payment options you can take advantage of.  You can visit our office for payment or request that we come collect payment or bring a swipe machine. You can also process transfers remotely.
